An important educational discussion to have with a Patient experiencing a Chronic Nutrition related Disease / Condition, like Type 2 DM (DMT2), is to inform someone that an ingredients placement on the list of ingredients on the Nutrition Facts Label actually tells the consumer how much product is in the food/drink in comparison to the other ingredients. Ingredients listed first on the ingredients list are concentrated in higher amounts in the food product/drink.
